The Athena Fitness Challenge is a female-only coaching program created to provide a small team of women with a 16 week life transforming experience for the Mind, Body, and Soul. 

This results-based and tested program will be held in person on Maui, Hawaii from July 11th to October 28th and led by health and performance specialist, John Kempf. 

John is a functional strength coach, yoga instructor, and the founder of Kempf Fitness Professional.

The Athena Fitness Challenge Is For Women Who Want To:

      How It Works

      • ​All classes will be held at GIGGLE HILL in HAIKU, MAUI on MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS, and FRIDAYS from 4:30-6:00pm
      • ​​The first class begins on JULY 11th and the last class ends on OCTOBER 28th.
      • ​Each 90 minute class will consist of a functional movement warm up, full body strength training circuits, and some yoga, qi gong, breath work, and meditation for a cooldown.

        What It Includes

        • ​​There will be a total of 48 classes. You can attend as few or as many classes as you want.

          The Kfitnesspro system focuses on helping clients improve their mobility, strength, physique, and mindset so they can enjoy their lives fully and do more of the activities they love.

          John Kempf, founder and head coach of Kfitnesspro, has been training clients and athletes since 2010 and teaching yoga since 2013.

          John has a Kinesiology and Exercise Science degree along with six additional certifications as an ACE personal trainer, a USAW sport performance and Olympic weightlifting coach, an FRC mobility specialist, a KINSTRETCH group mobility instructor, an MBSC functional strength coach, and an MPI mindset behavior specialist.

          He integrates a holistic and scientific approach to human development that focuses on the 3 pillars of functional movement, holistic nutrition, and lifestyle design.
          John has been passionately practicing and teaching yoga and meditation since 2013. He considers them to be essential tools in his daily life.

          He blends a variety of Yoga philosophy and practice with his functional strength coaching background to teach clients how to breathe, move, and flow more efficiently while connecting their mind and body to the present moment.

          He has made it part of his mission to share these powerful practices with others to bring more inner strength, awareness, and harmony into the world.
